Beer saccharification system is mainly composed of saccharification pot, gelatinization pot, filtration tank, boiling pot, sedimentation tank, hops adding equipment, etc.
Saccharification system：
The main part of each pot / tank of the saccharification system is made of 304 stainless steel of international standard. All parts of the main body of the pot / tank that contact with materials such as wheat mash are treated by mirror polishing, and the external part is treated by grinding and polishing,

1. The high-efficiency Maitreya plate jacket heat exchange technology and the scientific steam turbulence principle are used to realize the maximum heat conduction and energy saving effect. At the same time, the fully automatic temperature control technology is adopted to ensure the accuracy of temperature rise speed and holding time in each process stage of saccharification and gelatinization.

Filter tank：

Boiling pot：
1. The application of advanced in vivo boiling and pressurization technology can improve the boiling strength, greatly increase the evaporation effect of dimethylsulfur, promote the polymerization of protein and other condensable substances, and realize the rapid separation of boiled wort and polymer
2. The mixing technology of extracorporeal circulation is adopted to accelerate the heating rate of wort in the early stage of boiling, so as to keep the temperature uniform and consistent all the time during the heating process of wort, to prevent the denaturation of regional wort solubles caused by local overheating, so as to ensure the boiling quality of wort.
Settling tank：
1. According to the design of the best storage capacity of wheat dregs on the unit filtration area, enlarge the ratio of channel diameter to height, reduce the sedimentation speed, promote the sedimentation and agglomeration of solidified substances, and achieve the best separation.
2. It can improve the yield of wort and reduce the environmental pollution.
● hops adding system
1. The hops adding system can be composed of two or more tanks, equipped with pumping, pipeline, valve and other accessories, and can also realize automatic control of the adding amount.
2. The tanks, valves and pipes in the hops adding system can be connected with CIP system to realize automatic, semi-automatic, cleaning and disinfection.
