Mixing tank is used to mix one or several materials together according to the technological proportions. Which can fit pharmaceutical and food industrial GMP & FDA requirement .
The structure and configuration of stainless steel mixing tank can be standardized and humanized according to the requirements of production process. In the mixing process, it can realize the feed control, discharge control, mixing control and other manual and automatic control.
Mixing tank is composed of mixing tank body, upper and lower heads, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. heating device or cooling device or metering device can also be configured according to process requirements.
The agitator can be equipped with slurry, anchor, frame, screw and other forms, and the production process requirements are different. If there are other requirements, you can contact our factory and design and manufacture separately.
Nozzle configuration:
The process nozzles mainly include manholes, inlets, outlets, sight glass, sight lights, vent filter, CIP (equipped with sanitary universal cleaning balls), SIP ports, sterile sampling ports, thermometers, temperature sensors, jacket inlets and outlets.(Nozzle size and opening position shall be provided according to process requirements.)
Mixing tank Characteristic:
1) Volume we can produce from 50L ---50000L.
2) Material we can use SS304 and SS316L. etc.
3) Jacket can be used different type : single full jacket ,limpet coil jacket and dimple type jacket.
4) Jacket can be used for heating and cooling .
5) top mounted agitator : propeller type ,anchor type ,high shear emulsify type and scraper type etc.
6) Bottom mounted agitator: magnetic agitator ,high shear emulsifying agitator.
7) Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc.
8) Tank can be equipped with manhole ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level sensor ,temperature sensor ,pressure sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve etc.
9) Tank can be CIP/SIP online.
10) control panel :PLC /HMI automatic control or common button control .
11) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.
