The effective ingredients are continuously leached and the residues are discharged by the high-end slag discharge mechanism. At the same time, the solvent enters from the high end of the leaching tank and permeates the solid materials to the low end. In the process, the concentration is increasing continuously, and the extraction solution is derived from the solid-liquid separation mechanism at the bottom of the leaching tank.
In the whole extraction process, the continuous countercurrent extraction equipment is automatically controlled by the computer. The solid materials and the solvent always keep relative motion and evenly heated, and continuously update the diffusion interface. The ideal material-liquid concentration difference (gradient) is always maintained. The effective component extraction rate is large, and the extraction speed of the continuous countercurrent extraction equipment is fast.
