Falling film evaporator is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological engineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries. If it is applied in food, it can continuously evaporate and concentrate the thermosensitive materials such as glucose, fructose, fresh milk, tomato juice, soybean milk, xylitol, sorbitol, VC, starch sugar, Chinese medicine extract and so on, so as to improve the product concentration. In the aspect of wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater can be evaporated to achieve the purpose of wastewater recovery or discharge.
Falling Film evaporator is to feed the liquid raw material from the top end of heating tank and distribute it evenly to the inside heat exchanger tubes wall through the liquid distribution and film-forming device. Under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and airflow, it flows uniformly from top to bottom. In the process of flow, the steam produced by heating and vaporizing the shell side medium enters to the evaporator( separator ) tank together with the liquid phase. The vapor and liquid are fully separated. The vapor gas enters the condenser condensation (as a single effect operation) or enters the next effective evaporator as the heating medium (as a muti-stage effect operation). The concentrated liquid phase is discharged from the evaporator( separator ) tank.
Characteristic :
1. The whole heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to the uniform heating of steam and liquid film flow evaporation. For example, it has the advantages of energy saving, low steam consumption and low cooling water circulation.
2. The material flows downward along the inner wall of the pipe to accelerate the pressure flow evaporation, which is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of the material liquid with high viscosity.
3. Because the material evaporates in the form of film in each tube, the heating time of the material liquid is very short, so it is very beneficial to the evaporation and concentration of food, and it can greatly preserve the nutritional ingredients of food.
4. Under the action of vacuum, the evaporation process not only ensures the hygiene requirements of materials, but also ensures the environmental protection requirements. At the same time, it greatly reduces the evaporation temperature. In addition, it is equipped with a hot press pump. Part of the secondary steam is re inhaled by the hot press pump and mixed with the raw steam, which saves the raw steam. At the same time, because the steam through the hot press pump enters the heating shell in the form of spray mist, the steam diffuses rapidly and the feed liquid The heating is mild, so it is suitable for the concentration of heat sensitive materials.
5. the equipment is suitable for vaporizing and concentrating the foaming material. As the material liquid evaporates in the heating tube, it forms vapor liquid separation, and at the bottom of the effective body, the bulk of the liquid is removed. Only a small amount of liquid and all two steam enters the separator to strengthen separation. The whole liquid has no great impact on the whole process, thus avoiding the formation of foam.
6. For food evaporation and concentration, the equipment can have sterilization function at the same time. The material is preheated first, and then enters the sterilizer, reaching above 94 degrees, and maintained for about 24 seconds, that is to say, it enters the first effect body, the material flash quickly, and the temperature drops instantly.
7. The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning head to realize on-site cleaning. The whole set of equipment is easy to operate without dead angle.
8. Continuous feeding and discharging of equipment to realize continuous operation.
