Working principle of hemp CBD oil concentration equipment:

At the same time, it exchanges heat with the heated steam on the outer wall of the falling film pipe and evaporates. The evaporated material and secondary steam enter the separation type for gas-liquid separation, and the material is sent out through the discharge pump, if the concentration of the material fails to meet the requirements Through the plunger valve, the steam volume is adjusted to ensure the concentration of the outlet material. The secondary steam enters the service condenser and is cooled with cooling water. The non condensable gas is sucked out by vacuum pump, and the system is guaranteed to work under vacuum at the same time.
