Flower essential oil extraction equipment uses the steam distillation method to put the fresh or dried aromatic flowert raw materials into the extractor distiller, and then send them into the steam to evaporate the flower essential oil. After the steam containing essential oil is collected and cooled through a conduit, the steam will be cooled into a liquid, and then separated according to the difference of specific gravity and density between the water and essential oil. In the remaining water, some essential oils are more or less dissolved in it, which is the so-called flower water. Most of the essential oils are extracted in this way.
Flower extractor machine use the steam directly distill from the extractor tank bottom ,the aroma oil will vapor outside with the steam together ,then cooling by the cooling water and chiller in the condenser and sub-cooler ,the oil with water will enter into the oil/water separator ,the oil and water will separate into two layers due to the different gravity . the aroma oil can be collected in the storage tank ,the water can be drain .
