Vacuum concentrator is mainly used for heat sensitive material low temperature vacuum concentration,also used for recovery the solvent from the raw material solution.
Vacuum concentrator operates under negative pressure. It is necessary to seal the equipment, often to condense the secondary steam through the condenser and then discharge it, so that the secondary steam in the evaporator becomes negative pressure. At this time, the boiling point of the solution is lower than that under normal pressure, the effective heat transfer temperature difference between the heating steam and the secondary steam stamp can be increased, and the production intensity of the evaporator can be increased. The heating steam of decompression evaporation can use low-pressure steam or waste gas as heat source, and the heat loss of the system in operation is also small, so it is widely used.
